The Vox-O-Mat Call Center
The Vox-O-Mat Call Center is designed to handle some automatic incoming call activities before these are passed to a human operator.
It is useful when there are less operators than usual (late nights, weekends for example).
In these cases the caller can be informed, or the caller can retrieve information via DTMF sequences.
The Vox-O-Mat call center is currently under development.
